Terms of Services

• I may decline your commission request if the project is outside my artistic scope, comfort level, or if the content isn’t something I can confidently work on.• Payments are done through Vgen.• Prices for commercial use is doubled.• Full payment is required after the rough sketch and base colors are approved. If you feel I may not meet your expectations at that stage, you may choose to cancel the commission; however, the sketch will not be given to the client.• Commissions are done one at a time in a queue system. If I'm currently working on another piece, you'll be added to the waiting list, and I'll notify you when your slot becomes available.• Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete the artwork due to valid reasons, or if I didn't provide any updates for over a month.• I do not work with strict deadlines, but I'll aim to complete your commission as soon as possible and provide an estimated timeframe for you.• Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketching stage, minor revisions after rendered are okay.• I own the copyright to the finished artwork and may use it for my portfolio or social media. (If you’d like the artwork to remain private, feel free to let me know in advance!)• Using my artwork for NFTs and Artificial Intelligence (AI) training/generation is strictly prohibited.

• Logos or trademarked branding• Mecha or heavily mechanical designs• Gore or graphic content• Standalone/complex backgrounds• NSFW or explicit adult content• Full furries/anthro (animal ears/tails are okay!)• Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory themes

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Please keep in mind that this list does not guarantee I will accept every request under the “Do” section (refer to the first point in my ToS).2. I’m happy to draw queer characters and ships. However, since I’m not part of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, there may be certain themes I’m unfamiliar with or uncomfortable illustrating. I hope you can respect my boundaries, and I’ll always respect your identity and boundaries too.Thank you for your understanding!
